Sharon is a proud Noongar Yamatji woman with deep family ties across Boorloo, Western Australia. Sharon is a highly regarded Executive Cultural Navigator, Educator, and Trainer whose work champions equity, diversity, and systems change across sectors. Inducted into the WA Women’s Hall of Fame in 2022, Sharon has made a lasting impact on communities, sports, mental health, and education. As the Executive Cultural Navigation Lead Consultant, Sharon leads elite training programs that shift narratives and foster cultural understanding. She is the creator and facilitator of the groundbreaking ‘Perception Is OUR Truth’ Cultural Immersion Training, which has influenced justice, health, and education sectors, along with WA Police, corrections, and NGOs.
